Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans

Dual-Market Wealth offers subscription plans: • Essential — $15 per month • Pro — $25 per month • Pro (annual) — $255 per year (save 15%) All plans are billed in advance in US dollars via Stripe.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting Settings → Manage Subscription in your account, or by contacting us at hello@dualmarketwealth.com. When you cancel: • Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date • You retain full access to paid features until the end of your current billing period • After the period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan • Your data is preserved — nothing is deleted

3. Refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period when you cancel. We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances: • You were charged after cancellation due to a billing error • You were charged twice for the same period • You contact us within 30 days of a charge that you believe was made in error To request a refund, email hello@dualmarketwealth.com with your account email and the date of the charge. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

4. Free Tier

The Free plan is available at no charge with no time limit. No payment method is required for the Free plan. Features on the Free plan are clearly marked on our pricing page at dualmarketwealth.com/about.

5. Price Changes

We will provide at least 30 days' notice by email before changing subscription prices. Price changes will apply at your next renewal after the notice period. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before the next renewal.

6. Payment Failures

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry automatically. If payment cannot be collected after retry attempts, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. To restore paid access, update your payment method in Settings → Manage Subscription.
