By accessing or using Dual-Market Wealth ("Service"), operated by Felix Ouma ("we," "us," or "our") at dualmarketwealth.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Dual-Market Wealth is a personal finance dashboard that lets you track investment portfolios across the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) and US stock markets, money market funds, financial goals, and remittance rates. The Service includes an AI-powered financial advisor feature available on paid plans.
All content provided by Dual-Market Wealth — including AI advisor responses, buy/sell signals, portfolio analytics, and market data — is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always verify data with your broker and consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. Notify us immediately at hello@dualmarketwealth.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
Dual-Market Wealth offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans (Essential at $15/month, Pro at $25/month, or Pro annual at $255/year) are billed in advance via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features through that period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@dualmarketwealth.com within 30 days of the charge.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference. We do not sell your personal data. We do not store your brokerage passwords or login credentials. Portfolio data you upload (CSV files) is stored securely in your account and used solely to provide the Service to you.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service; (d) upload malicious files or code; (e) impersonate another person or entity.
Market prices are sourced from third-party providers (Yahoo Finance, NSE data aggregators) and may be delayed or inaccurate. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data. Always verify prices with your broker before making trades.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Felix Ouma and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without express written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING INVESTMENT LOSSES MADE IN RELIANCE ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@dualmarketwealth.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johnson County, Kansas.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
